Effective May 1, 2010 Benteler Stahl/Rohr GmbH is organized in the legally independent business units Benteler Steel/Tube GmbH, Benteler Rothrist GmbH and Benteler Tube Management GmbH.

The basic change of our organization consists of bundling our core competencies in manufacturing engineering and the corresponding value chains in operational units as well as the centralization of all service and corporate functions within the Benteler Tube Management GmbH.

Our objectives are an even intensified customer care, higher flexibility and delivery reliability and optimized response time. We are convinced that the organizational changes will enable us to fulfill our mission to become better business partners to our customers.
