Foreign Assignment

The Benteler-Group acts internationally. Therefore, employees can be sent abroad for a short or longer time. The time of the temporary employment abroad can vary between twelve months and five years. Because of the stay and the work abroad, chances are offered to make new personal experiences and to get new impulses for the own career. Due to periodical foreign assignments we try to give a contribution to worldwide transfer of know-how and to the development of a corporate company culture. During their stay abroad our employees are supported by the expatriate management.
