Our 18 months training programme for Manufacturing Engineers will give you an in-depth preparation for your future role as Manufacturing Engineer. You will be given the opportunity to gain project experience at our German and at our foreign plants. Following completion of the programme you will be assigned to a specific manufacturing area in our Northern Europe region. Your responsibilities will range from producing parts in the right quantity and of the right quality to defining and optimising processes, planning complete line lay-outs, increasing productivity and adapting material flow. You will be accountable for costs, timing and quality and will have a flair for developing the skills of your team.
You will have completed a degree course in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering. You will have gained some professional experience - possibly during an appropriate internship. You will possess a high degree of initiative, flexibility and a willingness to work within a developing team environment. Assertiveness and communication skills are amongst your strength. You are familiar with standard PC software. You are able to express yourself in English and German. A willingness to travel is essential.
